One of the challenges with getting users engaged is that our data doesn't update every day. While our users are waiting for our reports, they might forget about us.
We decided to start a monthly email that took user's site reports to them. The hypothesis was that they would see the value in the data and become re-engaged. We targeted free users but especially wanted our inactive and dormant accounts to see the email.
